I live in florida and no helmet is legal if you have life insurance the woman who pushed to get the no helmet law passed unfortunately was hit at bike week in daytona and died due to head trauma.I choose to wear mine but I drive fast sunglasses blow off and I feel like I'm in disguise. it saved my life when I fell at 165 and the bike followed my head into a curb.To each there own but do you realy trust the people around you! I definetly agree you should have the right to choose!
